TERMS & CONDITIONS

LISTINGS ON AROUND CANDELO

Approval of listings is at our discretion - no illegal products or services, pornographic, hateful material or listings deemed not in keeping with the spirit of community in the Candelo area will be approved.

If we receive multiple complaints from various sources that any person listing does not reply to contact attempts, we reserve the right to remove any listing after an email warning has been sent - we want this site to be a positive place for all locals - if you can’t be bothered replying to contacts generated from this site then do not apply to be listed.

We take no responsibility for the web site not operating for any reason beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to power outages, internet outages, platform disruptions, hacking, illness, natural disasters, economical collapse, financial crisis or war.

You are responsible for ensuring the content you provide to us for your listing is correct and that you own any images supplied to us or they are free to use for commercial purposes. You must be the owner of the business you submit for listing. We take no responsibility for any breach of copyright or damages to any person or business as a result of content you have provided to us.

ELIGIBILITY - You must either:

Live in Candelo or the immediate surrounding area (Wolumla, Tantawangalow, Toothdale, Mogilla, Myrtle Mountain)

You bring your products/services to the areas listed above on a regular basis or by arrangement - businesses that require locals to leave the area to buy or use their services are not eligible.

If you are not sure if your business/hobby qualifies then just ask - we are happy to consider all requests.

By submitting your listing for approval you confirm you agree to these terms & conditions.

COSTS

Each listing costs $50 for 12 months which commences from the date you pay for the listing & no listing will be added to the site until payment has been received. Renewals will be invoiced approximately 1 month prior to your listing expiring & non payment of the renewal invoice by the due date could result in your listing being removed.

Additional listing/s in a different category for the same business (same info - but different image allowed) are $15 each.

On booking a listing Oak Grove Graphics will email you an invoice for payment which is by direct deposit.

No refunds if you choose to cancel your listing before the 12 months expires.

You use this website at your own risk - we do not ensure the accuracy of any content on this site or in the listing information provided to us.

We do not participate in the contacts made via the listing, this is solely between the person listing & the person contacting them regards that listing - DO NOT contact us to resolve any disputes that may arise from your contact with someone listing on this site. The only exception being if you find the contact information is incorrect or that the person listing does not reply to your attempts to contact them using the information provided.

Around Candelo is owned by Oak Grove Graphics who are dedicated to bringing easy to use, attractive websites and unique logos/advertising to small to medium business owners. We are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to this website. Oak Grove Graphics does not sell, rent or trade email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. Never - end of story.

Listings/Mailing Lists

As part of the registration process for Around Candelo listings, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to list your information as requested on the Around Candelo website; to tell you about things you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied.

We also collect email addresses of any one who subscribes to the Around Candelo mailing list to be notified when new listings are added to the site.

We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
